படகா பஸ்தி

இவ்வாலயம் மூடுபத்திரை வடதிசையில் அமைந்துள்ளதால் படகா பஸ்தி என்றழைக்கப்படுகிறது. சுமாராக அறுநூறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னர் கட்டப்பட்ட இவ்வாலத்தில் அலங்கார வளைவுடன்  சாலையில் செல்லும்  போதே கண்ணில் தென்படுகிறது. உள்ளே செல்லும் முன் 40 அடிக்கும் மேலான அழகிய நெடிய மானஸ்தம்பம் அதன் அனைத்து அம்சங்களுடன் காணப்படுகிறது. மேலும் இவ்வாலயத்தில் திருவிழா நடப்பதால் துவஜமரத்தூணும் அடுத்து நட்டுள்ளனர்.

உட்புறம் புகைப்படம் எடுக்க அனுமதிக்க வில்லை.

மற்ற ஆலயங்களைப் போலவே முக, மஹா,  அர்த்த மண்டபங்களும், கர்ப்பகிருஹமும் காணப்படுகிறது. கர்ப்பகிருஹத்தில் அழகிய வெண்நிற சலவைக்கல்லால் செய்யப்பட்ட 3 அடி உயர சந்திரநாதர் கட்காசனச்சிலை பிரதிஷ்டை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அச்சிலையில் பீடம் வெண்கலத்தினால் செய்யப்பட்டு கண்களை கவரும் வண்ணம் காணப்படுகிறது.

மேலும் பச்சைநிறக் கல்லால் ஆன ஸ்ரீ பார்ஸ்வநாதரின் சிலை ஒன்று பனாமுடியுடன் காணப்படுகிறது. உலோகத்தினால் செய்யப்பட்ட 72 தீர்த்தங்கரர்களைக் கொண்ட திரிகாலஜினர்கள் பிரதிமையும் பளபளவென காட்சி தருகிறது.

வழக்கம்போல் மற்ற ஆலயங்களில் காணும் ஸ்ருதஸ்கந்தம், கணதரர் போன்ற சிலைகளும் அமர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.

மாசி மாத வளர்பிறை திரையோதசியன்று தேர்த்திருவிழா  தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்று வருவது இவ்வாலயத்தின் சிறப்பாகும்.

Badaga basadi

This temple lies in the north of  Moodibidri and hence it is called as Badaga basadi. A ornamental arch on the roadside with a compound welcomes all for darshan.

Inside a Manasthamp of 40 feet height was erected with all features of Samavasaran description. Dwajasthamp also stand behind it. A rathorchav is conducted regularly on Sukla Thiraiyodasi in the month of Maga.

No permission for photography inside the main temple. 

It has Muga, Maha, Artha mantapas and Garbhagriha of regular layout.

Shri Chandranath jinar white marble stone of  3 feet high  in Khatkasana is installed on a polished  bronze platform as moolnayak. A beautiful green colour stone prathima of Shri Parshwanath jinar also in the basadi. Another speciality of this mandir is the 72 thirthankars metal cluster of  the past, present and future.

Shruthaskanth, Gandhar and other Jinar metal idols are also seated on a platform of Arthamantap.
